I had to get a new front bumper and 3 dents fixed including needing a new paint job! The price was so good. They did a great job with everything and hit it completed when they said it would be. I highly recommend them.

Thank you! Dalonte Settle, for advising me on auto repair and painting. I used Maaco three years ago but vowed not to return, as there are many affordable, excellent short-term auto shops and painters around Church Street. The team leaders and associates were so bad that they never took responsibility for their wrongdoing. They don't even know how to talk to their customers to de-escalate minor issues. Sometimes they forget that not everybody is so naive about their line of work, that they can gaslight you and talk you into anything. Thank you for having a better team around this time. Thanks again, young man Dalonte, for your perseverance and patience, and for how you talk to your customers respectfully, explaining things in detail and offering opinions on jobs that will and jobs that will not work for the job presented to you. Keep that work ethic up; it will take you far in any field. Thank you Dalonte and the Macco Auto body repair Team on Church Street, Greensboro.

If I could summit 0 stars, I would. Please do not choose the shop unless advised by your insurance. I was shopping around for a body shop for a long time and even looked at reviews before choosing this place. Now, I deeply regret doing so. The repairs on my vehicle were supposed to be at most 2 weeks. I dropped my car off on 4/22/26 and it is now 6/8/26, that is 47 days. There has been zero communication. I had to follow up for updates everyday and even then I would be told to expect a call back but then met with silence for the rest of the week. I am told one price by one person and then another price by someone else. They have absolutely zero consistency. The most frustrating part is that I, as the customer, have been left dealing with the financial and logistical consequences of issues that were entirely outside of my control. This turned into months of stress, and constant back-and-forth communication just to not even know what will happen next. As my rental ran out and I legally cannot rent a car (too young.) This has been exhausting, and more difficult than it ever should have been. All in all, I would not recommend. 0/10 very stressful and costly.

Great service, great price and great work. My 13-year-old car was suffering the effects of acid rain, a few dings, and wear and tear on the paint. Now it looks brand new. My Espresso Brown 2013 Honda Civic has less than 100k miles on it, and I want to keep it for a long, long time. Thank you, Dalontae Settle and the Maaco team, for making it look as good as new - for less than the cost of a few car payments. I highly recommend your service.

Really sad about this experience. I had some minor damage to the front end of my 21 trail blazer which required painting; I asked if I could just get the bumper and hood painted which they responded with the same quote it’ll be for the whole car. Since I had to pay 1.1k for the whole car anyways , might as well go black (originally midnight blue) . Came to pick up my car for it to be the same exact color. They offered only 100.00 off my total. You can tell the car has been repainted because the gloss is no longer that professional mirror gloss finish from dealership, ; kind of that blurry shiny. I paid for the β€œwhole” car to be painted for them to only paint around the side and not the top of the vehicle. Two completely different shine. White buff everywhere, even after handwashing the car. Tape still every where, overspray around the black plastic bumper of my car. Just very very unsatisfied with how it all turned out. Wish I could’ve just found someone off of Facebook that would’ve just repainted my bumper and hood πŸ˜” now my car just look unprofessionally finished
